Here for the fight you’re tired of fighting alone
At The Quiet Fight Behavioral Services, we work with adults who are ready to take ownership and make real change. Some come by court order. Others come because they’re tired of repeating the same patterns.
This is a space where you’ll be treated with respect and held accountable. No labels. No assumptions. Just honest work that actually moves things forward.
All services are offered in person or through secure telehealth, including individual sessions and small, focused groups.
If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start doing something different, we’ll meet you there.
Melissa Shrewsbury is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah who works with adults ready to take a hard look at what’s not working and change it.
Her approach is straightforward and grounded. Clients are treated with respect, but also expected to be honest and take responsibility for their choices. Sessions are not about venting in circles. They’re about understanding patterns and doing something different.
Melissa has worked with clients at every stage, from those just beginning to face their situation to those rebuilding after years of struggle. Whether someone is here by choice or by requirement, the focus stays the same: clear thinking, practical tools, and real forward movement.
What We Offer
The Quiet Fight Behavioral Services provides individual therapy, psychoeducational groups, and structured support programs for adults 18 and older in person or through secure telehealth services across Utah.
Services focus on emotional regulation, addiction recovery, compulsive sexual behavior and pornography recovery, anger management, accountability, healthy relationships, trauma, communication skills, and long-term behavioral change.
Our psychoeducational groups combine evidence-based education, guided discussion, self-reflection, and practical coping strategies designed to help participants better understand patterns of behavior, improve decision-making, strengthen emotional awareness, and build healthier ways of responding to stress and conflict.
Programs are designed for individuals seeking personal growth, behavioral change, or support in meeting court, probation, or other outside requirements. Court-ordered clients are welcome.
